Advanced Classes with AussieKids

Take Your Game To The Next Level!

All AKGA Academies offer Advanced Classes to golfers who are ready for a unique challenge. Our advanced classes are specially designed to challenge each student and provide them the opportunities to progress their game to an advanced skill level. Advanced group class instructors will identify strengths and weaknesses while adjusting the weekly curriculum to the group’s needs.
 
Students in Advanced Classes will work on the golf swing mechanics along with;

• Goals and Motivation
• Mental Approach
• Course Management
• Tournament Play/ Proper Practice
• Fitness and Diet
• Along with many more exciting and challenging topics in the game of golf!

Classes and times listed below:

• Johns Creek- Mondays, Tuesdays (5:45-6:45) and Saturdays (1-2)
• Alpharetta- Wednesdays and Thursdays (5:30-6:30)

 

 

Tournament Ready Class

The Tournament Ready Class was created for those students looking to take the step into playing competitive golf. Tournament golf can be a stressful thing if students are not aware of what to expect when playing in a tournament. This twelve-week session will be once a week for one hour where students will learn a different aspect of tournament golf. This class was created to help students feel confident in every aspect of a tournament from arriving to the tournament to turning in their scorecards at the end. After participating in this class students will have the confidence to not only play in tournaments but thrive in them.

Graduation Class

Our Graduation Classes, located at Cross Creek Golf Course, allow students the opportunity to grow their skills and knowledge of the game of golf outside on a golf course. Students that have been evaluated and have shown the needed skill set to move on from our group classes at our indoor academy will be invited to take part in our Graduation Classes at Cross Creek. This twelve-week session is once a week for one hour where students will work on a different aspect of the golf game every week. Being outside allows students to start developing golf management skills that are necessary to be successful in the game of golf. The graduation classes are a great next step for students looking for more time playing outside on the course.
